Our Rehband X-RX Knee Support is a firm support with adjustable straps above and below the knee. Straps are secured with strong hook-and-loop fasteners to ensure a secure fit and allows for individual adjustment. 7mm thick SBR/Neoprene provides warmth and compression improving proprioception and can reduce risk of injury.

The X-RX Knee Support is a 7mm thick SBR/Neoprene support with semi-flexible straps that provides exceptional stability and support and was developed in collaboration with strongman athletes. This knee support is ideal for heavy weightlifting, strongman, power sports and for athletes desiring additional support and stability.
The right size for everybody
We offer our products in different sizes. To determine the correct size, simply keep the knee slightly bent and measure the circumference 10 cm below the patella.
