If you are between two sizes according to our size table, then we recommend ordering the sleeve in the smaller size. The sleeve should not cut in, but should still fit relatively tightly for maximum compression and stability.
What is the best way to wash the sleeves?

The Rehband RX knee sleeve 5mm can be washed in warm water at 40°C with similar colours. Our recommendation is to use a laundry net or bag for a longer durability. Only air dry the knee sleeves.
